Located in the remote southwest, the fjord stretches around 24 miles, winding past small islands and rainforest-cloaked mountains. With annual rainfall reaching up to 240 inches, the landscape is perpetually lush, often veiled in mist and low clouds. The heavy rainfall feeds countless waterfalls, some plunging over 2,000 feet, creating breathtaking displays. Wildlife thrives here — fur seals, bottlenose dolphins, crested penguins and even whales call the fjord home.
