Thank you, Orbis Travels/Vacation
My husband and I returned from our wonderful vacation in Scandinavian countries and Finland. Initially we felt somewhat apprehended booking through Orbis Travels as we're located in North America and always created itineraries by ourselves. We are happy that we did it with Orbis this time! Our itinerary included visiting four capital cities in Norway, Denmark, Sweden, and Finland that involved transatlantic and internal European flights. Orbis did all the check-ins for us and provided boarding passes for all of the flights. Hotels we stayed at were 4-star but very clean, comfortable, centrally located, with gym, sauna (in Helsinki), and plentiful breakfasts. Our package included a few walking tours, as well as a tour to wilderness in Stockholm, canal boat tour in Copenhagen and Oslo fjord ship tour. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our vacation organized by Orbis Travels/Vacation and looking forward to travelling with them in the near future! Actually, we've already referred two acquaintances of ours to them!
On a separate note, communication with the agency was smooth, timely, and courteous throughout the entire process from booking to the last check-in. Thank you, George Smith, Ella Taylor, Steve Jacobs, Patricia and other agents for your great work!
