I was interested in Egypt for our 25th wedding anniversary and began browsing online and stumbled upon Orbis and their great tour packages. Being Canadian 🇨🇦 I was impressed that their package prices included international flights! I made some inquiries, spoke with a few representatives and then I reached agent, Mia Madison. Well she listened and understood the importance of this trip and exactly what we were looking for and put the effort in to create a fantastic 16 day itinerary - No pressure, no deadlines and gave us plenty of options. We're so excited for this celebration journey! 🎉 🇪🇬In regards to how our trip went? Well I'll have to update my Review when we return end March .... Bali Bliss with Orbis!!

We originally booked with Orbis because of the low cost, but the customer service was surprisingly good. Thay were always available via phone or What's App, the staff was always helpful, and when our flight was cancelled at the last second, they jumped right in to sort out not just an updated departure but also change the arrangements to ensure that our holiday was affected as little as possible. The flights, transfers, and accommodations were really good, and a fantastic value!

Last minute trip went without a hitch

We just completed an impromptu trip to Malta. From beginning to end, the customer service from Orbis/Simon's group was fantastic -- booking, payment, airplane seat assignments, receiving complete travel documents and instructions, as well as answers to questions that arose while we were traveling, all were handled cheerfully, without error, and quickly!!
